Health & Wellness

Like most Colorado communities, staying active and healthy is a priority to most Kremmling residents. In addition to outdoor trails and paths, there are several indoor options available to stay fit :

Wellness Center

The Wellness Center is managed by West Grand School District, and features a cardio room and a separate free weight area. Cardio equipment includes:

  • three treadmills
  • two elliptical machines
  • a stair climber
  • two stationary bikes

The Center is located on Jackson St., directly behind the High School, and is open 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Annual membership is $75 / individual, and $150 / family. To join, complete this form, and return it to the District Office.

Fitness Classes

Step Aerobics and Zumba classes are taught at the Bumgarner Building on the Town Square twice a week. Water aerobics classes take place at the Allington Inn & Suites several times a week. For current days and times, pick up a copy of the Grand Gazette. The Allington also allows Kremmling residents to swim in their pool and enjoy the hot tub for just $3 / person.

Medical & Emergency Services

Middle Park Medical Center's Kremmling campus offers state-of-the-art medical services for residents and visitors. Emergency services are available, as are physical therapy programs and a familiy clinic for year-round wellness.

The Colorado Health Foundation

The Colorado Health Foundation is singularly focused on helping Coloradans live their healthiest lives by advancing opportunities to pursue good health and achieve health equity, through grant making, policy and advocacy, strategic private investments, and convening to drive change.
